Ordering an item from Gemstone
Emporium? We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are
restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to all
international destinations, so be sure to check your local restrictions if
outside Australia.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, we estimate
shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and
the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates will appear in the
order form sent to you. After placing your order, you will see both shipping and
delivery date estimates in the order confirmation e-mail.
Calculating Cost
Shipping costs for orders
from Gemstone Emporium depend upon the method and option you choose,
as well as where the delivery will be. Items purchased under $500.00
will be shipped FREE via standard shipping to international
destinations.Purchases over $500.00 will be shipped FREE
via Fedex,UPS.Australian orders will be shipped FREE via registered
or express post. You may return most new, unopened items sold and
fulfilled by Gemstone Emporium within 7 days of delivery for a refund
less a 20% restocking fee. We will also pay the return shipping costs if
the return is a result of our error (e.g. you received an incorrect or defective
item, etc.). Items that are opened or returned more than 7 days after
delivery will receive a partial refund. See our Refunds section for more
details.

listing. Manufactutrers specifcations may change without notice. Critical aspecs
should be checked by before shipping.
General Returns Policy
You may return new, unopened
items sold and fulfilled by Gemstone Emporium within 7 days of
delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original
packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a
result of our error. Just email Joseph Dance at joedance@gemstoneemporium.com, and
we will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return mailing
label you can print out.
Partial Refunds
Partial Refunds will be issued for the
following items: Any item that is returned more than 7 days after
delivery. Any item that has obvious signs of use. Any item not returned in
the condition it was received. To find out more about how refunds are

Orders Returned After 30
Days
Orders that were delivered more than 7
days ago will not be eligible for return. Such an order will receive only a
partial refund if you do choose to return it. If you still wish to return it,
(be sure to include the packing slip in the box), and ship the order to:

4800. Exchanges
If you received a faulty item and need
to exchange it for the same item, email Joseph Dance to request a
replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please
return the original item to our Returns Center (you will be refunded your
original purchase price once we receive the item and it meets our returns
inspection) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do
not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new
order. Please note that it may take 3 to 5 business days to process returns
once they arrive at our Returns Center. You can view completed returns and
refunds by checking the email that will be generated.
Using our Return Mailing Label
The return mailing labels obtained from
our online Returns Center are valid only for returns shipped within
Australia.International returns,please contact returns officer so Joseph can
discuss this with you. Each return mailing label is coded for a specific
shipment. Please do not include items from other orders, or other shipments from
the same order, in the same box, or you will not receive the correct refund.
Each shipment must be returned using a separate mailing label. If you use
this mailing label and the return is a result of our error (you received an
incorrect or defective item, etc.), we&apro;ll pay the return shipping
costs. If you use this mailing label and your return is not the result of our
error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your
refund. The amount deducted will be equivalent to our standard shipping cost for
that item.
Refunds
We can process returns and refunds only
for items directly purchased from and fulfilled by Gemstone Emporium. If you
just need to return an item, email Joseph at our Returns Center.
How and When Refunds Are Processed
We will notify you via e-mail of your
refund once we&apro;ve received and processed the returned item. In most
cases, we’ll issue a refund in the same form of payment originally used for the
purchase within 3 to 5 business days of our receiving your return. If you paid
directly from your bank account, it may take up to 10 additional business days
for the credit to be posted to your bank account. If you paid by check, it will
take longer for you to receive the refund.
How Refunds Are Calculated
The amount of your refund depends on
several factors: If you printed a postage-paid return mailing label from our
site or used a pre-paid label sent by Customer Service, the cost of return
shipping is deducted from your refund unless the return is the result of our
error. Items that meet our returns guidelines will receive a full
refund. Items that do not meet our returns guidelines will receive only
partial refunds:
- Any unopened item or item in
original condition that is returned more than 7 days after delivery: 80% of
items price.
- Any item that has obvious signs of
use: 50% of items price.
- Any item that is not in its original
condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error:
up to 50% of items price.
If you returned only one item from
a multi-item shipment, you will be reimbursed only for the per-item shipping fee
for the item you returned and not the per-shipment fee. If you return an
order that was placed using a promotional certificate or discount, you will not
be refunded for the amount of the promotional offer, as these discounts were
deducted from the original purchase amount. If after reading this
